Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

  • To be eligible for a return:
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–16 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
